“The good life is a process, not a state of being.”

— Carl Rogers

Exploring therapy means that you’ve become aware that you want change, and you’re feeling ready to try something new. In other words, you've already begun. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is for you to leave our work with greater self-knowledge, thriving relationships, and a renewed appreciation for your life.

A smiling young woman with short brown hair, wearing a sleeveless beige top, gold earrings, and a necklace, outdoors with a cloudy sky background.

I offer depth-oriented, feminist psychotherapy to teens and adults, with special focus on young adults, college students, queer folks, and people healing from traumatic experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and queer-affirming, and I'm deeply committed to the values of transparency, collaboration, and humility in my work. As a queer person myself, I understand how important it is to find spaces where we are affirmed, respected, and upheld as our unique and authentic selves. Together, we will co-create a space where you feel both seen and valued, and challenged to grow.
