“The good life is a process, not a state of being.”

— Carl Rogers

Psychologists James Prochaska and Carlo DiClemente describe change as an iterative journey through stages. Each step matters in the work of meaningful change. Exploring therapy means that you’ve become aware that you want change, and you’re feeling ready to try something new.

In other words - you’ve already begun.

I offer depth-oriented, feminist psychotherapy to teens and adults, with special focus on young adults, college students, queer folks, and people healing from traumatic experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’m honored that you are considering embarking on this journey with me.
